Rev. Crawford Coon, Sr. Pastor

Crawford D. Coon has served as pastor of Christ Temple Pentecostal Church since March 1979. He is a native of LaSalle Parish, Louisiana, graduated from Jena High School and has been in the ministry since the age of 16. Travelling as an Evangelist and pastoring in the states of Arkansas, Iowa, Indiana and Louisiana for 20 years, he then returned to Jena. Extensively travelling during his tenure as pastor he has taught many camp meetings, conferences, seminars, Bible College and fulfilled many other ministerial duties. He holds a Master's Degree in Theology and presently serves on the Executive Council of Worldwide Pentecostal Fellowship, headquartered in Tulsa, OK. He and his wife Gayle have 2 children, both engaged in the ministry, along with 3 grandchildren.
